I hired Approved Movers for an out-of-state move. Moving is stressful enough, but two days before my scheduled pickup there was a death in the family. By the day of the move, I was stressed, miserable, and exhausted. My kitchen was entirely unpacked. The team that came to my apartment didn't miss a beat. They immediately went to work on the kitchen unfazed. I was too frantic to even think to negotiate a price. Many moving companies would take advantage of a person in this situation. I was happy to find a VERY reasonable bill for the packing costs, for which I'm grateful. The gentlemen that came to my home were friendly, professional, and, believe it or not, the supervisor, Bryant, was the first person to make me laugh in over a week. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. I'll absolutely use Approved movers when I come back to New York. They're family-owned and it shows in how much they care.
